Summary: Staff are delightful and the valet parking is a game changer (super affordable and completely hassle-free). It's a short walk to the Grand Casino Arena and there's a Starbucks right outside the hotel!

Summary: The hotel looks really nice and the staff was kind and courteous. But the fanciness the property shows off ends in the lobby. They call their standard rooms "Deluxe" as a marketing ploy, when in reality, they're incredibly small for the price you pay. It was maybe half the size of the Hilton hotel I stayed in the night before. The mini fridge is smaller than any other I've ever encountered in a hotel. It lacked a microwave and even a fan in the bathroom. The shower head was ancient but the water pressure and temperature were both good. Valet parking is $40 a night, but just two or three blocks away you can get 24 hour parking in a patrolled lot for $15 plus tax
