Positive: Very comfortable, quiet, and perfect location in the centre of Topsham. The beds in particular are extremely comfortable. It is also very thoughtful to have a separate breakfast room available for guests to use.
Negative: There is nothing to dislike. One small problem (which could easily be resolved) is that the shower head in the bathroom was slipping and needed to be tightened up.

Positive: The whole experience was wonderful - the people were great, friendly, efficient and helpful, the food was fabulous, and everything was designed for comfort and enjoyment.
Negative: The very narrow street to get to the car park! Part and parcel of a quaint and historic town though, so not their fault!

Positive: The galley room is an excellent idea if you are light breakfasters as we are ,it is what makes the price of the rooms a bit more acceptable.The use of the front room is also a plus ,especially when meeting friends.Nice toiletries !
Negative: In the galley room,the bread could have been fresher, some brown sugar and marmalade too ! Another chair in the room ,my partner had to perch on the bed in a dark corner whilst I was able to enjoy my coffee sitting on a chair !
