Summary: I enjoyed my stay at The Sea Breeze Inn very much. It is family -run, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well-located to the harbor area and Bellevue Ave. mansions of Newport and there are good restaurants in walking distance. My room was small but comfortable and had a small balcony. Breakfast (with good choices) is included. Michaela, my server ar breakfast, was pleasant and efficient. Overall a great stay!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the Sea Breeze Inn! It was our first time in Newport and it did not disappoint. The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable and homemade breakfast was amazing! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back sometime!

Summary: My husband and I stayed for just one night for a little get away. The entire Inn was adorable, clean and updated. The owners were so polite and welcoming. We shared a few stories and felt like we were visiting family. The cafe had fresh homemade soup and everything was delicious! Highly recommend a stay here!❤️❤️❤️

Summary: This inn was so special. We only stayed for one night and in that short period of time felt so welcomed and so at home. The property and the inn itself are absolutely beautiful and completely updated. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and Telly and Leeza were so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to return for a longer weekend!

Summary: We enjoyed our 3 night stay last week. The owners were very nice and informative. The breakfast was delicious. Even though it’s not in Newport, the mansions are only 1.5 miles away. Would definitely stay again
