Positive: Seafarer is a wonderful house in Strahan opposite the ferry wharf , a very convenient location for boat rides , restaurants , entertainment and more no need to take the car. The house is really special and has a lovely coastal feel .Everything you could want for a holiday house and more . We loved the wonderful fresh bread and spreads left for us and the Tasmainian bottle of wine.

Positive: The beautiful freshly baked loaf with an array of jams and honey, delicious. The view was just stunning you could spend the day on the couch just watching the reflections, colours with the odd waterbird floating by.

Positive: The Seafarer was welcoming before you arrived. When you entered the door the decor was luxurious and relaxing. The welcome hamper, fresh bread and farm fresh eggs waiting for us on our arrival was a delightful surprise and delicious No expensive was spared with the bed or bedding, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Even though you may consider that it’s close to a road the view of the harbour is where you gaze is automatically drawn and at night the town to peaceful and quiet. Definitely would book The Seafarer again and for more than the couple of nights we stayed this time … well worth the money

Positive: The Seafarer is one of the best properties we have stayed in over many years of both travelling and running our own B&Bs. It is incredibly stylish, like walking into the pages of a glossy magazine but also very comfortable. The views are to die for. There is one major downside however, you will not want to leave this haven to explore the beauties of Strahan.
