The Seascape is a brand new mini villa / "couples cottage" packed full of comforts located on a 50+ stay and play oceanfront property. It sleeps two people in a Queen size bed and can accommodate a child of 8+ years in a pullout sofa-bed. As part of the rental, may take a walk down our nature trail which leads to a sensational sandy & secluded swimming beach.
Enjoy ocean views and stunning sunsets from the open concept living area and sundeck. Amenities include a queen bed, pullout sectional, 3 piece bathroom, full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher), BBQ as well as WiFi, a smart TV and A/C and access to a 240 volt power outlet (for charging an EV - fees apply.
Although there are two other mini villas nearby none obstruct each others views of the ocean or sunsets.
Additionally, PLEASE NOTE:
1. For safety and other reasons, children must be 8 years or older to stay, and pets of any kind are not permitted.
2. The price quoted EXCLUDES a 3.45% fee to cover the new Cape Breton Marketing Levy and associated taxes. THIS "EXTRA" WILL BE ADDED TO THE COST OF THE STAY ONCE BOOKED (as we are unable to include this charge in the quoted price shown).
3. The use of the nature trails and beach zone on the property is at the guest's own risk and requires signing a liability waiver (available upon arrival).
4. In booking with us, guests acknowledge that COVID-19 remains a risk for all travelers, even vaccinated persons. Summary: What a great little cabin tucked away from it all! We thought we were WAY off the beaten path because of the way we arrived, only to find coming in from the other end of the road was a much closer trip into town. The place was spotless and we loved the privacy. View was outstanding and the private beach was such a treat. Had dinner at the Clove Hitch - delicious. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to this area.

Summary: The villa was perfect. Beautifully equipped and the view was amazing. It was a great place to enjoy nature and the walking path to the beach was an added bonus. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we make it back to this beautiful part of the world !!

Summary: Wonderful 2 days on our annual trip to enjoy the Cape Breton fall colours! Location was perfect and central to all we wished to visit from Port Hood to the most beautiful fall foliage at Lake O’Law in Margaree! The owner Michael was extremely accommodating…..particularly when on short notice we had to change our stay by 1 day. Very quick to respond and very helpful when he advised us that there was roadwork that required a detour! The unit faced west so we got to enjoy the spectacular sunset in the evening and the view of the morning sunrise reflecting the beautiful colours of the leaves off the still pond at the foot of the property. Would highly recommend this property and have already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip to Cape Breton to see the fall colours as well.
