All villas are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, disco bathtub, activity wall with snorkeling gear, signature lightweight bathrobes, mini-bar, a Dallmyr espresso machine, universal charging sockets, USB ports, and an electronic safe. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and dental and shaving kits are provided. All meal plans include buffet-style meals in our main restaurant Kula. Positive: Hard to do better than this. Nice friendly staff, beautiful place, diving center on the island, spa, a few options for lunch and dinner. We loved the villa on piloties, with the pool and direct access to the sea for snorkling, and the island that is swimming distance, and the people at the hotel and at the activity center. All very well done.
Negative: One thing, for kite surfers, there is no wind when the wearher is good, and they dont have the equipment at the activity center but can eventually organize. But again, no wind, no kite.

From the staff picking you up and navigating you through the airport to the seaplane, to the lounge staff, the concierge Sha, the really wonderful dining room staff, the boat capitals and the beautiful staff in the spa. Exemplary!! Obviously it is beautiful, great amenities fabulous food.
Negative: The whole bike situation! Making the effort to collect bikes only to have them disappear because all bikes โ€œfair gameโ€ and anyone can grab them from outside your villa. As a middle aged couple having screaming babies, in the villa next to us, over multiple guest changes, for 7 of out 10 days was not relaxing, it spoilt things for us. Housekeeping - make the bed everyday! Don't need the sheets changed but make the bed pleaseโ€ฆ.thats why we are on holidays. Re stock the amenities and if you request milk and ice everyday please make sure that arrives everyday. Yes all minor issues and first world problems.

Positive: Everything was amazing especially the staff. We would like to give a special mention to Nelson for looking after us every sunset, Shak, Cheran, Suju, Kosday and the amazing Chef Gihan. The food was beautiful everywhere we went and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would love to come back.
Negative: Don't forget your sunscreen $90AUD if you run out...... Would have loved an extra movie night on the beach too.
