Summary: This hotel was one of the cutest places I've ever stayed. The decor was beautiful, the room was well appointed, and the communication was top tier. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Such a cute and hotel and amazing restaurants in the area. Not to mention…..my husband left all of his clothes hanging in the closet after check out. The hotel worked great with us for our daughter to come back and pick them up!!! Amazing hotel and excellent service!

Summary: The place is really beautiful! 10 stars for cleanliness! The only issue we had was our door code wouldnt work & we had to resolve that upon our arrival... Just a minor set back.for a lovely stay.

Summary: The property and room were amazing! Very clean, comfortable and beautiful! Top notch in every way. Also, the appliances were very thoughtful! There was a steamer, ironing board, iron, and a fan! Also, the blow dryer even had a diffuser attachment. I've never seen this in a hotel room. I would have liked different pillows. They were a bit too big and fluffy for my taste. However, that would not keep me from staying there again. Just a lovely, serene place!

Summary: The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!

Summary: I booked this a little last minute and was in a bit of a hurry when I did so. I did not notice that this is a self check-in, no staff on site accommodation. Not a problem for us, but I was not prepared for the “check-in” process. After checking my email and obtaining the code for the door, we still could not get the front outside door open. I called the number on the door and had to leave a message. Thankfully, in the meantime a woman who was also staying at the hotel let us in the door. There is a bit of a trick to opening the door, which admittedly, was outlined in the email, but my travel weary, bone tired self missed that part. I was admittedly frustrated but I can’t blame this on the hotel. However, what I was disappointed in was that no one, ever during our stay called back to ensure that we made it inside or could answer any questions. Perhaps, the system allowed them to see that we were able to enter after all - or maybe they just didn’t care. Despite this, the hotel was lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed. Downtown Springdale was also lovely with plenty of local restaurants and shops.

Summary: The communication issues were on my end. Read the message you get from the hotel carefully - in it you’ll find important check-in info that will allow you to get in, find your room, and get the door access code. If it gets lost in the shuffle it will be a very confusing check-in process because there’s no one there to check you in.
