Positive: Breakfast provisions were delicious. The interior decor and touches were charming. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Negative: Nothing! Being picky, it would have been great to have off-street parking - but really no big deal!

Positive: A very quiet peaceful location. Very convenient for the local railway station. Nice quality food was supplied, although I didn't necessarily eat all of it. The property was very well kitted out.

Negative: The shower uses a simple mixer tap which is difficult to set to the required temperature like all mixers of this type. These mixers are also affected if another tap is turned on in the property, generally either freezing the person in the shower or scalding them. Given the high standard of the property I would have expected a thermostatic mixer to have been present. The shower screen is also inadequate. The toilet seat is fitted too far back and won't stay up even when one is sat on the toilet. This is really quite irritating.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay and it was different to staying in a Belfast hotel as I had previously done.

Positive: Location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was wonderful, really appreciated the local produce - especially the milk as I was born at Ballycrocken Farm! Decor was amazing and the houseplants a great touch. Pity the stay was so short.

Negative: The only critique I can say was that the studio was more aesthetics over comfort, but perfect for a short stay.

Summary: Amazing property, inspiring decor and great for posting. Real attention to sustainability.

Positive: EVERYTHING. Cannot imagine more than this. Light from the top window, just same as pictures, super clean, and all the details like cool bluetooth speaker, heating bag, fresh ice cubes, and more. Could feel Sara's sweet warm sense! Also breakfast was amazing. Premium bacon, good eggs, fresh milk, apple juice, homemade jams and granola, fresh yogurt... There was everything for breakfast. And bar table was also great! Location was also great. 22min away from city center, peaceful and safe area. I would like to visit Belfast just for this studio 🤣🤣
