Positive: Friendly staff. Very comfy bed. Great food. Jess in the spa - I floated out of the treatment room! The pool.
Negative: Steam room was out of order 🙁 Female changing room needed a bit of tlc.

Positive: A lovely stay here. Me and my daughter had a lovely time. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The bed was great with extra pillows. Lots of variety at the breakfast with a range of foods and drinks on offer. The cleaning ladies were excellent and very friendly, making sure our room was lovely and clean and well stocked. Maybe give staff a hand fan as it is very hot in summer when cleaning! Could do with topping up foods/drinks regularly as they ran out but should be stocked well before they are empty. Eggs/beans and oat milk had to wait for them. The pool area is lovely and cosy and clean. The board games in the communal area have lots of pieces missing so need to be removed or replaced as can be disappointing after set up for the fam! There was an issue with my card not being held at reception and i was not asked upon arrival and i assumed it was an open tab. I ordered from the bar and had to go back to my room in the lift just to pay for a drink. This happened again after holding my card when i ordered room service and had to pay manually which was very inconvenient, this needs looking at. There was a dirty ash tray left on the outside chairs which was not very nice, so needs cleaning/checking regularly by staff. I will for sure be back to stay here with other members of my family and friends :)

Positive: Breakfast was excellent - wide choice, presented well, helpful staff. Lovely to have views over the gorge.
Negative: I expected a slightly larger bedroom and bathroom. Enjoyed the view very much. Had to keep the windows open as the room was airless since the fan in the bathroom wasnt working. Shower worked though taps were broken.

Positive: Room was nice, not sure what made it deluxe but comfortable. Fabulous view! Spa facilities were lovely and a late swim and steam was perfect after a long day of driving. Meal choices not to our taste. But plenty on offer if wanted.
Negative: Nothing really although hallways got a little noisy but to be expected - think there was a wedding.
Summary: Lovely peaceful surroundings and well placed for visitor attractions. Would stay again. Staff great

Positive: The hotel is located close to the local tourist attractions. There is plenty of parking on site. The room was clean, tidy and well presented, the bed was very comfortable. The Gorge Bar had a good range of drinks and food on the menu. The main bar area and adjacent restaurant was well presented, the menu for dinner and breakfast was extensive. The grounds looked very well maintained, we did not use the golf greens or spa areas.
Negative: There were no negative points during our overnight stay.
