Summary: Beautiful place and location, clean and well furnished house. Awesome garden, Great host, I will recommend it to everyone who wnats to spend some relaxing time in the beautiful tuscan countryside but still being close to Florence.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at the apartment. It’s very spacious and simply furnished with lovely period pieces. The pool is fantastic, very peaceful. It’s a nice 10 minute walk down to Lastra but a steep walk back. Train station is nearby but we found the tram from villa constanza to be a better option if a night out in Firenze is in your plans. We had a car but parking in any of the historic cities is a nightmare. Returning to the apartment after a day out was so relaxing and the views were great. With a bottle from Vini Bellini a short walk away. I also recommend vintage rent Firenze for a 60s fiat 500 that would happily deal with the hilly countryside. Francesco and Giovanni were very helpful and fantastic hosts. We plan on a further visit.

Summary: The flat was very nice, and the beds were good But there is no aircondition which was a Big problem in the midst of a heatwawe,. There were only two cofeecups in a flat for 5 persons, and although there were a nice dishingmascine, it is to litle. Summary: After spending two weeks in a house in the middle of a forest with no view, we arrived in this gem. Despite the high temperatures, we really enjoyed our stay here. This flat has a (real) sitting room, where you can retreat when it is just too hot to sit outside in the afternoon (around 39 degrees for weeks). The view from the terrace is a dream, the pool really great and a large supermarket a few minutes by car. Florence is also very easy and quick to reach both by train and by car (no parking problems either). Only the driving in and out of the path/entrance is a bit of a precision job, if you don't have a small car. Very nice owners, who in our opinion value quality in all aspects (super clean and cosy house, swimming pool etc.).

Summary: The house is very nice, spacious and clean, with charming furniture and tiled floors, it looks really great. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The sunset view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the whole valley and mountains. Good location, train station just 15 minutes from the house and 2 stops from Florence. Nice big pool, clean and warm. Our three daughters loved to go swimming every day. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a perfect stay and would definitely stay here again

Summary: Excellent hospitality, amazing views of both the city lights and the forested ravine, and a charming country home wherewith to unwind. The pool is as inviting as it looks any time of the day or night. The terrace is wonderful for evening toasts and midnight kisses. What a gem.

Summary: Spent two wonderful weeks here. The apartment is just lovely. Large rooms airy and comfortable. Good size terrace with great views towards Florence. The city is 15 minutes away by train and the train is a 15 mins stroll from the Apartment. Giovanni and his wife were so kind and helpful during our stay. The pool is beautiful surrounded by olive trees. There is a small local shop at the top of the village and a huge coop about five minutes drive away. The village has good local shops but is not really on the tourist route a few small cafes and a great ice cream parlour. Signa has more restaurants and shops about quater of an hour away. And idea place to stay out of Florence but with easy and cheap access to the city. We hope to visit again soon.

Summary: My parents, my minor kids and I had a very plesent stay at Villa Anna during july 2018 Mr giovanni was very helpful and supportive during our stay. The appartment "Terrazzo" was excatly what we expected from the photos in the add. huge bedrooms, clean bathroomes, great balcony, and cozy living room. The poolarea was clean and appetizing The house is very close to a huge supermarked, which maked it easy for us to do our daily purchase. Once in a while aeroplanes were pasing on their way to the airport, but it not that inconvenient. The only thing we missed was access to a toilet at the pool area, and a localguide providing restaurants, pizzarias, and activities for kids I feel confident that mr Giovanni will look into these minor improvements.

Summary: What a nice surprise! We liked the pictures and the location but what we discovered when we arrived was even better than all you can see on the website. The location is fabulous: amazing views of all the Firenze area, beautiful lights from breakfast and the sun rising on Firenze, to dinner in the sunset, the "Terraza" is the place we enjoyed most. The appartment is very practical. We were a couple and 4 children and we enjoyed the large bedrooms, large kitchen and of course the large swimming pool. There are only 2 rented appartments so everyone has space. The area is very calm and it was easy to refresh the appartment opening all windows at night and using the fans provided. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful all along our stay. The drive to Firenze car parks is only 20min, train station 3min, large supermarket 5min. We really had a very good time in this appartment and hope to come back soon!

Summary: "Our second stay at Villa Anna. Once again we enjoyed a lot. A lovely view to a village and Florence, a beautiful neigbourhood and a pool area. Our host was very friendly and helpfull. Until he lives in the same villa you can feel like you stay at a private "castle". A perfect hill location near Florence and Toscana wine area. We will be back in this lovely site."
