Positive: The trout has recently been refurbished to a high and thoughtful standard. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely outside space to sit in the Sun and cozy eating areas inside. The staff were extremely helpful. We went off season and it was quiet however there is a large Teepee style wedding venue in the garden so best check if there is a function on.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Trout. Our room was superb and had only very recently been renovated. It was ideal for the two of us and our small dog who was made to feel very welcome. The food was also lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: A great base to stay for visiting the Cotswolds and Wiltshire. We will definitely be back!!
