Summary: We chose this location for a family gathering, as we have not had one for years! There weee 12 of us ranging in age from 2 years all the way up to 71. The hosts were amazing from the start to accommodate my request! Thanks again! The house was very clean from top to bottom! Everyone thought the place was beautiful. It had the space to accommodate all of us! The pool was great and got a lot of use! The pool toys and floaties were a bonus and a big hit with the kiddos. The extra seating around the firepit accommodated all of us, and we were able to enjoy evening fires! There is also a huge picnic table outside which seats at least 8, so we enjoyed that as well. The only drawback for us, was one of the main bedrooms with a queen bed, did not have a television, and we enjoy falling asleep that way. The other two main bedrooms did have t.v.’s. But as luck would have it, we had to take that specific room. The hosts always responded to any questions right away, and we had everything we needed and then some! Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Thanks again!!!!

Summary: We had a larger group of 14 people who stayed Friday-Sunday. As most of us drove 2+ hours to this property we relied heavily on guest reviews. The property was mostly clean when we arrived, the upstairs bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay (before anyone even had the chance to use the bathroom) the non-slip mat in the upstairs shower was so grimy and disgusting we had to remove it to shower. Also, it seemed as if they didn't clean the bathroom at all between stays see as though there was a used bar of soap and travel size toiletries still in the shower when we arrived. The downstairs shower was so complicated to get to work and when we did get it to work it was only cold water. It was nice they provided bath towels, pool towels and linens for all guests, however, the washcloths used in the kitchen smelled of mildew once they were wet. Not exactly what I would call clean, but we just made do with what we brought instead. The fridge and freezer didn't stay very cold which wasn't very helpful when you buy hundreds of dollars' worth of food, then have to worry if it's going to be bad by the time you use it. We did bring our own seasonings thankfully because the seasonings in the cabinets were expired, since 2015. The bed situation worked out with 14 adults, though the air in the house made it interesting. The downstairs seemed to have no central air working so there were two units, but it didn't keep up very well. The upstairs on the other hand seemed to have a good air flow. I would suggest closing all window curtains as soon as you arrive to help with the sun beating in and heating the house up more. The backyard is fenced in with the pool and fire pit working, with plenty of chairs to hang out with friends. The grill is there and "works", though the listing doesn't state only 1 of the 4 grates work. Again, we made do with what we had but would have been nice to know ahead of time. When you pay over $900 for a 2-night stay, the "small things" really do matter. I'm not complaining about the price, more so the lack of accuracy with the listing and what you provide your guests with. I would recommend this property but be cautious and come prepared.

Summary: The kitchen is so well stocked we were nicely surprised. There is 3 really nice living spaces with comfy furnishing, but would be good if the 3rd space (with attached bathroom) had a bed instead of pullout sofa which was not comfortable. The window designs are beautiful, so should be washed to give them back their sparkle and show them off. Wonderful pool and fire pit area, which was enjoyed by all! All 9 adults and 4 children had sleeping space. Thank you, for providing our family a beautiful house for our family to reconnect!
