Positive: Second stay, loved the accommodation. It’s private and quiet, separate from the main house. We both liked the size of the accommodation, it’s just a comfortable size, not too big not too small, and got everything you could possibly needed. Like the windows with privacy sticker, so can keep the blinds open during the day and have the room nice and bright. I like the cupboard providing basic seasoning, and tea bag and sugar almost able to make a cup of tea. Heating was easy to control I’m glad I don’t have to fiddle about trying not to freeze to death like some other places we stayed.
Negative: water did go below body temperature and Luke warm in the middle of the shower during both nights. It’d be great if there’s complimentary milk to make the tea. The mirrors at the gate could be bit bigger, as it’s quite difficult to see during the night/rainy condition to get out safely.

Positive: The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable, and warm even in midwinter, beds very comfortable, nice big towels (unlike sometimes in rented accommodation!), the shower was hot with plentiful water! Very convenient location if you want to go into Liverpool, bus-stop very close and buses frequent and fast. It's maybe a bit small for 3, but we knew that in advance. Would be perfect for two. Although it's small the space is used optimally. The small private garden would be great for breakfast in spring!

Positive: Loved how private it was, very little noise from the road. Everything was to a high standard and very clean. Everything I needed and the most comfortable bed I've stayed in! The shower was powerful and plenty of room, again very clean and to a high standard. Communication with Carmel was great and instructions on how to get there and into the property were very clear, I'll definitely be back!
Negative: There wasn't anything that I didn't like, I was very happy with my stay!
