Positive: Great location - only short walk into town for dinner and only a few minutes away from excellent wineries. Easy drive up from Wellington and enjoyed the day spent exploring the small towns of the area. Great drive out to The Cape.

Positive: Pleasant space to spend what was a rainy day, and table tennis a bonus. Well equipped with blankets, cushions, heaters, and kitchen stuff. We could have used a bigger chopping board although the bread boards were cute. Good location, quiet.

Positive: Close to Martinborough township, so everything was walking distance. We had a nice stroll through the town from the house. We were attending a wedding in featherston which was only a 14minute drive away too. Kitchen and living area had what we needed for our weekend with some games that were available to use. The second toilet was a great addition and came in handy with 5 adults. WiFi was also available.
Negative: Only Disappointing thing we had to deal with were the cock roaches and they were not small. Wife and baby ended up waking in the night to them crawling on their face and there were quite a few in the evening appearing in the bathroom with the odd few dead ones we also came across.
Summary: Was good enough for what we needed for our short stay

Positive: The home was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of six. It had everything we needed, and was very close by to restaurants and shops, and a Park.
Negative: Arriving at night it is very dark and can be difficult to find. Once we found it, the instructions all made sense and it didn’t hold us up much at all.
Summary: Great family home in perfect location to explore Martinborough and beyond!

Positive: Hassle free lock box collection. Was so convenient to get to town. Lovely set up.
Negative: Tv antenna on roof was loose and scraped on roof all night. Disappointing to find out they did already know about this issue.

Positive: Really cute and in many ways well appointed. There was a ton of space. The kitchen had everything you would need. The garden room and games room were great, and the outdoor areas were pleasant and functional. Parking was ample and easy, and location was great.
Negative: The place was absolutely sweltering inside when we arrived. There were an air conditioner and a couple of fans that made the temperature pleasant for the rest of the stay, but it took a long time to cool the place down on the first evening. There was only 1 towel per person, and no washing machine available. This was particularly perplexing as there were a drying rack and pegs in the garden room. We ended up being short on towels as we had to handwash stuff and use one of our towels to squeeze excess water out. While the double beds were comfy, the single mattresses didn't fit very well on the bases and apparently it was a bit of a battle not to let the mattress slide off during the night. There were also a lot of very large cockroaches around, including inside. All of these things together meant we were a bit disappointed, given that it was not cheap.
Summary: Had the potential to be awesome, but a couple of oversights unfortunately tainted the experience.

Positive: Wonderful decor and everything that is needed for comfort including various cutting knives and a few basic food supplies if needed.
Negative: The three cockroaches that my 14 year old son had to squash. Putting out a few cockroach baits in discrete places should do the trick.
Summary: Wonderfully comfortable, lovely decor, close to town and a great set up for a family travelling with kids + grandparents
