Summary: Very comfortable beds and clean room. Staff was amazing. Deadbolt lock did not work so I informed them at checkout. They stated they would have maintenence look at it right away.

Summary: Upon opening the door to our room we were met with the pungent smell of dog. I love dogs , but I don't want my room smelling like a wet one. The smoke detector on the ceiling was missing. Just wires hanging from the ceiling. The air conditioner would not cool the room. Set at 62 degrees and should have froze us out of there, but just never got cool. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. For the amount of $$ that this place charged it fell well short of "First Class" I definitely will not return. On a positive note the restaurant across the way was outstanding!

Summary: It was a good experience overall and the front office staff were very nice. My mother did wish that a housekeeper would have come into the room to bring fresh towels and take out the old ones, but maybe not all hotels do that.

Summary: The customer service was fantastic, the room was clean and very comfortable! The breakfast cafe down the road and harbor restaurant was sooooooo good! The view of superior was wonderful! Will stay again!

Summary: The only redeeming feature of this hotel is its location, on the lake in a quiet location. The “inn” itself is a dump. Smelly, dirty, tiny. I’ve seen worse, but not by much. Works if you are in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have other options.

Summary: We had booked two rooms and only one was on their list. Fortunately, there was another room available. Casey was very helpful on getting the problem rectified, except for the mixed up phone call at 9:40pm telling me the other couple we were with had yet to check in. I will be watching my credit card statement to assure I was only charged once. Found out there was no cleaning service for stays over one evening, but they would provide more towels if needed. This should be conveyed prior to booking. A/C unit was extremely loud. Overall, the rooms were very clean, but the building could use a little work.
