Summary: Came for a single night for a concert - check in was subpar and very confusing. Front desk was not that friendly and did not take the time to explain basic info like what floor we were on. If we needed help with bags, parking, amenities etc. Room service was horrible.. I’ve had McDonald’s better. Worst coffee I’ve ever had - couldn’t even take a third sip If I need to stay somewhere for a single night fine - but overall not the quality or standard a Westin should be.

Summary: Most clean and well kept hotel. Pool is cool. Took 4 request to get additional towels to room, but staff was nice and accommodating otherwise. Really depends on time of day... night staff seemed much better than day.

Summary: The property is a typical Westin property, but the staff dropped the ball for our visit. They didn’t explain the destination fee, so we missed out on the amenities like free bike rentals and drinks, and the housekeeping staff did a pretty brutal job - bare minimum of cleaning.
