Summary: The rooms were dirty our bed sheetings had coffee stains and a blood stain. The staff was very unfriendly. A hotel that cost $1100 a night I expect more. Very poor experience.

Summary: The Westin St. Thomas offers a stunning beachfront paradise with breathtaking views and gorgeous grounds. The property itself is a Caribbean gem with its pristine beaches and well-maintained facilities. Unfortunately, the beautiful setting was consistently undermined by frustratingly slow and inattentive service. Wait times at restaurants were excessive, requests for basic amenities required multiple follow-ups, and staff often seemed overwhelmed or disinterested. Room service was particularly disappointing, with orders arriving cold and incomplete. While I would return for the idyllic location and picturesque setting, the service quality falls well short of what you'd expect from a resort of this caliber and price point. If management could improve staff responsiveness and overall service standards, this would be a five-star destination.
