Positive: Tucked amidst lush trees and beautiful rose bushes is this cute hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. They helped organize our entire trip while we were there. Thankyou for the wonderful experience.

Positive: Two things i like most in this property. One the room we have taken ( Deluxe Double Room with Balcony ) and the location. Location is little far from Leh market. If you dont want to walk, you need to spend Rs. 300 for taxi. The room was very specious and view from the room was awesome.

Negative: They dont have buffet option. You need to order seperately. Food is average. As a premium property, they didnt offer any complimentary drinking water bottles in the room. Staffs are also little casual in approach. I told them that we have early check out in the morning at 5am but nobody came to help us to get our luggage down to the lobby.

Summary: If you want to avoid crowd and peaceful stay you can choose this property.
