Positive: The location was spot on for our needs and coming from rural Dorset it was a novelty for us to have a good range of shops just a few minutes walk away. The neighbours were lovely and the road was surprisingly quiet.
Negative: The only slight niggle was the plug in the kitchen sink is not a great fit and the water drained out really quick. Maybe most people use the dishwasher but for just a couple of bowls and mugs it wasn’t worth it for us. A new plug or a washing up bowl would be useful.

The house was immaculately clean, peaceful and beautifully presented throughout, with a warm ambience that made it feel like home. Positive: This was a last minute booking because we were let down with another booking on the day they cancelled. We were in London for the Marathon that our daughter was running in. This was a good place to get to Stanmore tube station to get into London. It was clean and the beds were comfortable and we were able to prepare what we wanted for food. We had an excellent quick response when we booked that morning and a few things in the fridge when we arrived, thanks.
Negative: There was only a two seater sofa to sit on and there were 4 of us. Also there was a noisy fan above the stairs that was on all the time. The cottage could do with some more saucepans there was only one small one.
