Summary: I was really disappointed with my stay. The check-in area had a strong sewage smell that hit you as soon as you walked in not a great first impression. The rooms were outdated and didn’t feel very clean. Definitely not up to the standards I expected for the price. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Sign was a bit troublesome because there is no driveway to pull in and unload your luggage, it’s the entrance to a parking garage that charges a phenomenal fee for a weekend rate. The guy who signed my husband did not allow him to sign in, understand he’s following procedure but considering the parking situation he should have started the process. The suite is huge, a bit older but was updated to make it feel newer and cleaner.

Summary: From the moment we checked in, the staff was absolutely amazing. We were checked in quickly and our room was even bigger than we expected. The front desk was always very responsive if we needed anything. They knew the area very well and were able to help us plan our day. If I am ever in Philadelphia again, we are definitely staying at The Windsor.

Summary: I would stay here again. The Windsor Suites met all our needs for a four night stay with my husband and son. Comfortable bed, pull out sofa, mini kitchen, gym, pool, and great location.

Summary: I had a fantastic stay at Windsor Suites. We stayed there while my son attended the NB Nationals. Franklin Field is less than a 10-minute drive. There were a few maintenance issues, and there were not enough washcloths, towels, and blankets left in our suite for our five-person stay. But Noelia was very helpful and accommodating and did her best to fix the problem as quickly as possible. I would recommend that a maintenance inventory of each suite be taken care of before guests arrive. Windsor is central to everything. There are two restaurants attached to the building so you don't need to go far to grab a bite. The elevator has a security feature and the top deck pool was nice. It goes from 3ft. to 6ft. and there was a person on staff monitoring the area. I would visit again.

Summary: The beds were OK, not that comfortable. The floors were very dirty and dusty. My socks and feet were black from walking around with those shoes on from the floors

Summary: Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was fantastic. Great location, amazing facilities (including a rooftop pool), so many extras included and friendly and helpful staff. Could not recommend this hotel any more for a stay in Philly. Adding on the Executive Suite was definitely worth it for access to the lounge and drinks/snacks all day. Irish pub attached was decent too.
