Welcome to your own getaway on beautiful Current River just outside of Doniphan! You won't find a better view of the river with a large wrap around porch along with all of the amenities you or your family needs for your getaway! You can also walk just down the driveway and have a nice flat place to sit just a few feet from the edge of the river where you can swim and fish. There are 2 tube, kayak, and canoe rental places in town (about 3 miles away from cabin). The home features 2 bedrooms plus a pull out couch in living room. VRBO sometimes shows it as a 3 bedroom because there is a pull out bed in living room but there is only 2 private bedrooms. a large open kitchen and dining area. The tv has a fire stick and works on the provided wi-fi. The home sleeps 10 people including couch but that would be with kids. It will sleep 7 adults comfortably. Summary: A great cabin in the woods! Lots of room, great water pressure. The shower is actually in the bathroom off of one of the bedrooms so if you have multi families staying it takes a little planning to use it etc. I feel like knowing that ahead of time might be helpful?. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kiddos and had plenty of room. Communication with Ben was great he answered really quickly. Getting there was a little tricky, a little hard to see the arrows in the dark but his directions were right on! Thank you for a great place, will stay there again if in the area.

Summary: This property is awesome and convenient to stay at when floating down the river as you can get out right at the big rock, but it has seen better days. Last year the place was a lot cleaner. This year it was flip flops on while in the shower and woke up twice to a mouse on my leg. With a good deep clean and de-mousing I would bump the rating back up.

Summary: We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. So peaceful and the view is amazing.

Summary: The awesome view was worth the adventuress drive into the property. The property was listed as a 3 bedroom but was only a 2 bedroom. The cabin is pretty worn and in need of maintenance and some new furniture (couch). There weren't enough dishes or towels for our party of 7. There is an extra fridge which is a big bonus, and the A/C works great. This property has a lot of potential but don't think I will stay here again unless there are some improvements. All in all, we had a good time.

Summary: The listing was for a 3 bedroom and ended up only being a 2 bedroom so feel it was misleading. The driveway was super rough but overall it was a good time.

Summary: The cabin itself was great, very comfortable and perfect for our friend group! The view is absolutely astounding, the best part of this rental! The outside deck had several sketchy areas but I’m sure they’ll get that taken care! 👍🏼

Summary: We booked this cabin for a multi family mini-vacation so we could float the River and not have to worry with a commute or camp in the dead of summer. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The cabin was what we expected, looks like the pictures, nothing spectacular but it was clean and the kids had TV. What makes me want to come back is the host. Our first night there, we realized the oven wasn’t working. We tried to use the grill instead, but the front glass was cracked and ended up breaking completely. I messaged the host and he had someone out the very next morning. They fixed the oven and replaced the grill while we were on the river. We were able to bake with no further issues and the next guest will be able to use the brand new grill and brush! I was very impressed with Ben’s level of caring service and sincerity. I would recommend his properties to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy host.
