One bedroom Cabin with kitchenette; minutes from Lake Hartwell - Cabin #10
Hartwell Cabins and RVs is located in Hartwell, GA, on over 20 acres of woodlands, right outside of town! This newly built 450 sq. ft. cabin has everything you will need for your getaway.
We do not use keys. Each door is equipped with an electronic lock. The week of arrival you'll receive a check in email with a code specific to your stay.
We do have cameras at the park. They're attached to the laundry facility and face the gravel driveway throughout the park. We do not have cameras inside or on the cabins you rent.
WHAT WE SUPPLY:
Linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. If you need linens for the pullout please make sure to let us know! The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest.
OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES:
We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin around so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3pm. Please understand they are not hotel rooms and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, internet, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We are not responsible for weather conditions.
Our location is super convenient whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure. We are located only a few miles from Lake Hartwell, Savannah River, parks, boat ramps, marinas, The Hartwell Dam, local eateries, grocery stores and so much more!

Cabin #10 is a one-bedroom unit featuring a king-size bed, kitchenette (which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and toaster), tub/shower combo in the bathroom, and covered front porch. The loveseat in the living area pulls out into a twin size bed. The living area and the bedroom are both equipped with smart TVs to be able to stream services during your stay.
This is a single level cabin so there are no stairs or ladders to climb inside the cabin.
We have a self-pay laundry facility on site that's available to you 24/7.
Plenty of space beside your cabin to park your boat or trailer with plugs outside of the cabin to make charging your batteries easy for the next adventure on the lake!

Summary: Booking with Brittany was wonderful. I had a few changes and she was organized and thorough. We booked several cabins for family for my son’s wedding in Iva. The cabins are much bigger than they appear online. The floor plans are excellent. The cabins are adorable and spotless. The BEDS are so comfy! Great location.

Summary: This was my 2nd stay in a cabin at Hartwell RV and Cabins. My husband and I love these small cabins, which seem to have virtually everything we need. They are extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has most everything you need with a good sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Its a very quiet park with a clean and reasonably priced laundry facility on-site! It is in a wooded setting but less than 5 mins to Walmart, Ingles, Home Depot and many restaurants, as well as multiple local beautiful parks where we walked most every day... While staying at the cabins, we also used the Hartwell YMCA which I would Very Highly recommend too. And for Sunday morning stays, the Cornerstone Church just a few minutes away was exceptionally welcoming! If we come to Hartwell again, which we hope to soon, we'll be staying again for sure! BTW, for weekly and especially monthly rentals be sure to ask for those rates specifically as they are discounted from the standard nightly rate. As far as what I might do to improve, I think a more comfortable sofa bed in the living room would be a bit better. For rainy days when we were stuck inside it was not that comfy for long days on the couch! But no complaints, we highly recommend Hartwell Cabins and RVs.

Summary: For reference, we took a group of 5 families to these cabins. Coming in on the heels of being invited to a high school tournament on Hartwell, we were at a loss for accommodations until we found these adorable, clean as a pin cabins that were perfectly situated close to the area we needed to be. Modern farmhouse/ranch decor was a great touch with the rustic finish of the cabins. All of the neighbors were quiet and polite. Laundry room was a bonus as we stayed for just a little longer than a week. Brittany was GREAT to work with and with the addition of a cabin with a small range to our group, we had what we needed to make our group trip affordable - in terms of meals as there are no full kitchens in most cabins - and fun! We took our own griddle and grill with us for cooking outside and made the most with our group of the community atmosphere of the property. Proximity to downtown Hartwell and a short drive to larger Anderson made shopping for essentials or browsing easy as well. We will definitely choose Hartwell Cabins & RV when we are in the Hartwell area again!

Summary: We loved the everything you could need cabin. The cabin is soo new that the stickers are still on some of the wood planks used to build it. Very convenient to the Lake Hartwell mega ramp. It is not the easiest cabin to back a 24-foot pontoon beside, but doable. I will choose another cabin i A have that boat with me next time. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: The cabin was clean and cold. I was very impressed. Stayed two nights in the cabin. I did have a crazy Cardinal banging against the window, guess he just wanted to say welcome to Hartwell. I will definitely stay here again.
