Summary: Overall, my husband and I were very impressed with the property. We have stayed in more than 20 different short term rentals in Gainesville over the last decade, and this one is the cleanest and most comfortable we've ever come across. I have asthma that's triggered by mold, and this is the only place we've rented in Gainesville that didn't cause me to need my inhaler constantly. It also has proper furniture and not cheap Ikea junk that you find in most rentals. We'll definitely stay here again if it's available and would recommend it without hesitation. That being said, I should note that we did find it a little noisy, but not more than a typical apartment or condo complex.

Summary: The check in was easy, the place was very clean, it is an older condo but its very clean and everything I needed was there. Just like the other reviews said the bed is very comfortable, I stayed thru a weekend and it was quiet there & parking was pretty close to the door. I'd stay again.

Summary: Cindy was great and super accommodating- not knowing the area she put us at ease that the area was very safe and that most people who live there work at the hospital. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable and she was right- the area was good and convenient especially if you want to be near Shand’s. Cindy was very flexible and allowed us to alter the end date and was generous enough to refund some of the money even though she didn’t have to. I think they have other units too.

Summary: This apartment is in close proximity to UF and Shands and perfect location to be close to those. Safe area and good parking spaces.

Summary: Please have nearly everything we needed and ran a few things around the manager was very quick to accommodate. It was comfortable and well supplied with basic necessities, including food storage containers, a pitcher, bottles of water, coffee, and condiments.

Summary: This was my first time using VRBO and I hope all of my experiences in the future are as good as this was. From beginning to end was a very smooth process. Very nice and clean property. Excellent communication with the property manager/owners. I could not have asked for a better stay for a great price. I give it a 5 out of 5 only because you can't give a 10 out of 5. Thanks!!!!

Summary: Our original need to be in Gainesville changed at the last minute due to some adverse weather, but we went ahead and made the trip anyway. The condo was adorable and so well appointed! Loved the artwork on the walls. It’s close to everything, so getting around town was a breeze. Extremely easy check-in process. Locating the unit was a little tricky at night and in rain, even with explicit instructions, but we managed to find it just fine after about 5 minutes. If/when we need to return to Gainesville, we would definitely love to stay again!!
