Huge, customized Lake Anna vacation rental, this home offers seven bedrooms with (1) King; (4) Queen; (1) Double; 1 room with two twin beds, four bathrooms (Master Bath with jacuzzi style tub), and a great entertainment space in the basement with a pool table, wet bar, and amazing multi-tiered home theater room. Newly installed satellite internet is now available at the house! Please note that the internet does have a data limit and is not to be used for streaming purposes.
Please note that while this home is close to several Marinas, it is NOT a lakefront home. Access to the lake within the neighborhood has been designated for homeowners only by the neighborhood's HOA.
Outside, enjoy two levels of decking with beautiful views of the large pond. Enjoy your evenings in all seasons in the gazebo that has a fully functional stone fireplace! To complete your outdoor experience this home also has a custom built tiki bar and a fabulous hot tub.
Three finished levels of living space makes your stay comfortable and spacious for groups of all sizes.
Huge, finished room above the garage with half bath and a California King Bed is available for additional $50 per night. The garage is connected to house with a covered breezeway.

Summary: Just got home from our “Framily” Holiday weekend. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the outdoor gazebo with fireplace, theater room and hot tub. This is our second stay at this home and we absolutely love it. The home was decorated from top to bottom and made our weekend so festive. The owners even left Christmas CD’s for us to enjoy. Everything was perfect and we will be back!

Summary: We have been to our “home away from home” four years in a row. We love the house, all the amenities, and the ability to contact someone and get an immediate response if we need assistance. We have children from the late 20s down to under 10 and there is something in the house for everyone.

Summary: What can I say but wow! What an incredible house with all the amenities. We had 10 people and could have fit more. The movie room, hot tub and the back yard and decks were all incredible. The close proximity to the lake and restaurants were great too. Julie and Rick are great to work with. Would love to stay again! Dogs also had a great time.

Summary: We stayed in the same house 2 years ago and loved it and again this year. It’s not on the lake but it’s nestled in a very nice community and minutes away from activities, lake access, and stores.The best part about this house is the layout. My extended family vacationed together and each of us had privacy. The theatre room is incredible and fun for everyone to have a true movie night together.

Summary: We had a great stay - house was the perfect size for our group of a few families with children. We weren't expecting to be able to enjoy the outdoor space in late Dec/early January, but 60+ degree weather allowed us to enjoy the ample outdoor space including front and back decks and nicely sized yard.
