Positive: The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice with unlimited tea / coffee. Large comfy bed, room very spacious.
Negative: On arrival after a long journey we found dirty cups in our room so brought this to the staffs attention. On the 2nd evening again the cups were dirty so we complained to the staff who apologised on the cleaners behalf stating they were short staffed. Also on the 2nd day we were only given half a toilet roll after room had been cleaned. Other residents doors were closing noisily during early hours. Staff in Cafe19 handling bread to make toast were also handling money from customers without washing their hands inbetween. We couldn’t turn the aircon off at night time.
Summary: An enjoyable stay, excellent food, shame the cleaners let it down.

Positive: I had a late check in, but the instructions of how to get my room key were clear which made check in smooth. The room was gorgeous, clean and very modern. The kitchen was closed in the morning due to maintenance, but they still went above and beyond to cook me some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in ages.
Negative: There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Positive: Property is ideally located on the outskirts of Gainsborough. Plenty of parking. Good sized rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the clubhouse has a lovely view of the golf course. We would definitely recommend and should we be in the area we would stay there again.
Negative: The air conditioning was quite noisy and we found the room a little chilly. We did try and increase the heat but nothing happened.
