Positive: Great location, loved the balcony and the kids play area.
Negative: Our room was dirty, there was food under the couch cushions, the bed spreads were stained and clearly unwashed, and the spare blankets were also dirty. The jug was filthy, and the room was run down. The motel rooms are expensive and are in desperate need of an upgrade.

Negative: The unit was a bit tired looking. The duvet downstairs had some sort of marks on it and plaster was stuck on the spare blanket. Ants were bad and even went in the rubbishbin

Positive: Apart from the perfect location, the neighbours were very friendly and it was nice and quiet.
Negative: The motel room could do with some upgrading; needing and fan/extractor in the bathroom or a descent window that doesn't open all the way out onto the road behind the room. Carpet would also be helpful on the staircase, as every step on it was pretty noisy. Also would be helpful to have a fan above stove top as frying food can get pretty smokey. The kitchen sink/bench are so small you don't have space for dishes for five people and we were supplied with one frying pan and two small pots???
