Positive: I love this little cottage, its a home from home, supplying everything I need. My dream cottage to own but could never afford.
Negative: A little concerned about smell of damp on entry, which wasn't there when I visited in the winter.
Summary: Loved the pretty cottage garden, quintessentially roses round the door chocolate box cottage.

Positive: Absolutely everything - the most perfect place I've ever stayed. If you like olde worlde quintesentially English places and peace and quiet this is the cottage for you. Loved the open fire, ready laid ready for use. And the welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge.

Positive: Lovely quiet location not too far from the town of Bungay. Full of character, clean and comfortable with a nice garden. Loved watching the birds in the garden.
Negative: Extra logs would have been nice as we stayed in November but they were obtainable from the nearby co-op.

Negative: Booking .com do not make adding a pet to a booking easy or obvious. I only choose pet friendly properties which is lucky because both times of booking with them the property did not expect my pet. Both properties were lovely and understanding

Positive: lovely country break we real enjoyed the cottage and the lovely fire , bikes for the teenagers to use was a lovely touch too,, well equipped and beautifully presented . Even a. Bottle of bubbles in the fridge , nice
Negative: The check out time of 9 am is a bit early , as next guests cannot check in until after 3pm thats 6 hours to clean and change beds - its only two rooms up and down and the bathroom but ok , the place is lovely and clean but as I say 9am is very early , I got it wrong and thought it was 10 am which is usual and what we get everywhere else - we we’re ready at 10 to 10 , so we had a lady in marigolds hoovering outside , hubby said good morning , she’s did not answer , and then a knock on the door asking when we were going , might of been nice to ask us if we had a nice time and thanks for staying , it just felt a bit - well - you know what I mean- anyway , just thought i would mention it .
