Summary: The view from the balcony was amazing. The villa was well equipped and secure. There is building work going on very close by, but not too intrusive. Jakes bar do great cocktails with very friendly staff. Could have done with microwaveable cookware. Would book again.

Summary: Location was great and the villa was Ok, it needs one new lawn chair for the beach as well a new coffee machine, really just little things like this to make this place better. The maid Michelle was Wonderful! very nice young lady! Again, the location was great only thing is, and I do understand these things are out of the home owners control, very large condo going up next to the villa and was very noisy most of the day, 6 days a week. I will add they stopped work around 5:00 so the evenings where quiet. If you wanted to get away from the daytime noise, you had to head down the beach which I had no problem doing but sitting on the deck at times was very noise which was too bad because it is a lovely large upper deck with a fantastic view. I hope they are not years working on this place, as I was told the project has been on and off for 2 years and it looks not even half finished. All this being said would I stay here again even with the noise, Yes, because the location was great, the deck was great with a fantastic view the beaches are many that are connected for nice long beach walks!

Summary: The communication with Lily Dash, the property manager, or her support staff, was non-existent, despite numerous attempts through every email address, Vrbo form, chat, Villabound and Caribound phone numbers and emails. I only received instructions on how to enter the property 2 hours before, ONLY because a relative of mine happens to live in Barbados and has heard of her and knew this other company that she works for. He got her personal phone number from there but only got a reply through WhatsApp, because she was not on the island and therefore not answering her phone. If it wasn't for family connections on the island we would have not gotten in and be stranded. Terrible communication!

Summary: Great place to stay. everything we needed was in place. we struggled a little on the first night to get some stuff from the supermarket,( turn right not left like we did) .maybe the house would benefit from a bit of decorating as previous occupants splattered mozzies on the walls and ceilings and some of the drawers were not cleaned too well. however the housekeeper michelle looked after us well. plenty of clean bedding and towels etc.would i recommend this property? yes.! on the beach,,whats not to like.?

Summary: This is the second time that we have stayed in this property, it has everything that you would need for 2 weeks in Barbados, it just needs some TLC/Updating/renewing of “Stuff” Gjc
