5 Bedroom House in Salt Ash

Situated on a peaceful part of beautiful Tilligerry Peninsula, our farm offers 5 gorgeous bedroom farmhouse with large living areas, spacious kitchen room, and big farm land with vegetables and animals, providing you opportunity to escape office work and get back to nature to enjoy farm life.
The house accommodates up to 16 adults, with enough room for up to 5 families comfortably, suit for larger family/groups. 3 larger bed rooms with built in wardrobes and customizable beds(can be 1 king + 1 single bed or 3 single beds), another 2 rooms also big enough with customizable 1 king size or 2 single beds. Each bedroom has strong sunlight and stunning views of garden or creek.
Lounge room seats 10 with ease on 2 large comfy sofa sets. The sofas are also perfect for sleeping at night or lazy afternoon naps.
All facilities are ready and comfortable, 1 x public toilet outside the house, 2 x Toilets with 2 large bathrooms inside the house, Laundry, New 50 inch LCD Television, free wifi.
Normally you live by self-serve here, but with reasonable prices you can ask our friendly staff serve you meals with BBQ, Sandwich and/or other styled food.
On the north side of this 25 acre land is beautiful wet land with bush which faces the waterfront of Tilligerry Creek linking Port Stephens. There are creeks to drain rain water from the farm to the sea, and if you are lucky, you can find big eels and mud crabs swimming in these creeks(normally at night using torch).
The south side of this farm is the main road of Tilligerry Peninsula - Nelson Bay Road, by this road you can conveniently go to all facilities like fish and chips shop, convenient store, horse riding, golf, fishing and boat hire, dolphin cruises from nelson bay.

Summary: Communication was excellent. On-site manager was helpful. The house is on a farm so may not be much to look at, but if you're looking for a place to host a large group that has the space to cater for everyone, you can make some noise without worrying neighbours and local attractions are just a short drive away.

Summary: A group of 15 of us, members from a church, stayed for a week. The residence was absolutely perfect! Very spacious with a nice open living and dining room for all of us to hang out together. The extra facilities, such as the table tennis, was highly enjoyable and often used.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Tilligerry Farm. Charles, our contact was great in communicating logistics and information before we arrived. The space itself was perfect for our large group and the on-site manager was both helpful and respectful of our privacy. The house was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic to visit different spots around Nelson Bay. I would definitely recommend to friends and anyone looking for a big space for a group getaway.

Summary: The location of this house is perfect! Only a short drive to Nelson Bay and all of the surrounding suburbs that Port Stephens has to offer. A basic but spacious house for a large group. No worries about noise as neighbours are a fair distance away.

Summary: We had a large group stay at the property, and it was excellent. The house is huge and has plenty of beds, with all rooms having air conditioning. The bathrooms and kitchen are all fairly new and perfect for big groups. The property is isolated from any other properties, so noise is not a concern. The outdoor areas are great, either under the verandah, or by the fire pit down the back. Property also have an excellent barbecue and some great farm animals. The owner is excellent to deal with, fast communication, and honest dealings. I booked one night, then requested a second night, which he helped arrange with ease. The house is also in a great position. There are plenty of shops only a short distance away, Murray's Brewery only 5 minutes up the road, and only short drives to various beaches. Highly recommend this property for any large groups looking for a fun getaway!
