This tiny house is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of Maine, with spectacular 180 degree views of the bay and 150 feet of private beach!! It is located in Trenton, Maine with easy access to all of the area amenities. Acadia National Park and other attractions are near, yet you are in a peaceful, quiet and beautiful waterfront setting. Watch the tide come in, see the seals swimming up to the shore, listen to the loons, or watch the deer graze in the yard with your morning coffee. What should we do today? Go hiking, biking, sailing, kayaking, antiquing, or just sit and watch the glorious sunset and ever-changing waterfront view from the picture windows. A dinner by the shore on the picnic table and a fire pit under the stars are a perfect ending to a fun-filled day. Even romantic, you might say.
The Tiny Trenton Beach House has an open living/dining/kitchen area. Two large picture windows look out onto the water. The kitchen is fully equipped for your family and guests! There is ample counter space, plenty of pots and pans, kitchen gadget and dinnerware. Cook inside, or use the grill on the deck with a water view and an ocean breeze. .
The loft bedroom has a super comfortable queen sized bed. Just make sure you are able to climb the ladder-like stairs to the loft! You need to be able to hold on coming up and going down .
The bathroom has a small shower, sink and toilet. There is also an outdoor shower to clean up after wading in the ocean, or kayaking in the sunset. All Linens, blankets and towels are supplied.
There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room for overnight visitors. This tiny house also has wifi and 5G internet access. Bring your laptop to play your favorite movies through your wifi connection. There is AC for the warmer days, and heat and a fireplace for the cooler nights. There is a fire pit, and beach access for swimming, kayaking, and sunbathing.

Kayaks are available for rent locally to use from your private beach and boat launch!
Approximately 10 miles to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Schoodic mountain, Schoodic Point approx. 18 miles. Ellsworth 8 miles. Close to trails, beaches, shopping, restaurants, golfing and grocery stores.

Summary: The view at the property is absolutely amazing! The house itself was cute, charming and very cozy! It was easy to find, quiet, peaceful and in a great location (roughly half an hour from most attractions in the nearby area)! We really enjoyed our stay here! While the listing does mention the ladder to the loft, people should be aware that the ladder is completely verticle with no hand holds near the top of the ladder, nor at the loft entrance. The ladder does shake a bit too. This makes getting up and down difficult. Also, one of the ladder rungs had loose carpet that I worry could be a slipping hazard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, just didn't love the ladder.

Summary: This home and property are great. It was clean, communication was efficient and the relative location to MDI was better than expected. Each day after hiking we rushed back to the house to catch the beautiful sunset on the water. We were happy we could grill as well. The house had everything we needed. The ladder to the loft is quite steep although this was expected per the description. We plan to stay again in the future!

Summary: Loved the spot on the water and the tiny home itself! Wish we would have had time to use the fire pit. Only downside was no sheets for the pull out bed I had to lay towels down because the mattress looked like something I didn’t want to lay directly on. There was a spare comforter though which was helpful!

Summary: This property was exactly as described. So relaxing, and approx a 25 minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia. Please be aware, the sleeping area would not be conducive for a larger individual. The bed was super comfy 👍 We enjoyed the fully functional kitchen, fire pit, and loved the wildlife right in the backyard. So glad we chose this tiny home!

Summary: Beautiful views was a short drive to Acadia and shopping at Bar Harbor. Definitely preferred staying at this comfortable retreat rather than in the harbor. We had a great time! Would definitely stay again!
