Summary: The hotel was perfect in every way. The staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming. The selection and quality of the food at all the different restaurants was excellent. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Great views from most rooms. Would stay here again.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful hotel. The views were stunning. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect - walkable to Carvoiero and the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk. They also have a free tuk tuk to take you to the beaches and to town.

Summary: It was terrific for the most part but the walls against the desk were dilapidated and brown. Not a huge deal but not what I expected from a high end hotel.

Summary: Great location and great property. Deck around pool needs some TLC but everything else was postcard perfect. 5 stars! So many places to swim and have adventures within close walk.

Summary: Although we asked for a quiet room NOT under the restaurant (previous experience) they allocated a room under the restaurant on level 4…. So asked for a different room….then alocated 624….to floor. The room was so small there was only a 6” gap between the bed corner and the desk. Tiny balcony and bathroom was tiny too. Plug sockets didn’t work, safe had a flat battery and shower extremely pathetic. On the plus side the super king bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Basically they had downgraded our room from what we paid for but apparently the ‘hotel was full’. However it beats being woken at 6.00 by restaurant banging and chairs scraping. Lunch by the pool was extremely slow over an hour for food to arrive on each day we are there. However again on the plus side all the staff at the hotel were lovely special mention to the gorgeous Ana and Miriam

Summary: This hotel is literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They offered tuktuks to the beach if needed, they had an amazing sauna and steam room, beautiful pool and views and restaurant food was amazing!
