Summary:
The property is beach front with beautiful lake view. All prices are plus 12% occupancy tax which is due prior to occupancy. . Price changes with the season so check the calendar. The master bed is a Cal King. The mattress is a Westin Heavenly Bed.
Please note upon booking, Per Homeowner’s Association, we require a credit card number to be on file with the Association’s office.
The Space:
This townhouse has 3 flat screen high def TVs, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances. The back patio and deck look out past the lawn to a view of the beach and lake. The property has been recently remodeled and upgraded including furniture in a rustic pine Tahoe theme.
Guest Access:
The properties amenities which include 2 tennis courts, heated pool, beach, pier. Next door is Commons Beach which has kayak and paddle board rentals and a large children's play area with play structures. There is a 9 hole golf course across the street which converts to a snow play area in the winter.
The Neighborhood:
We love the location. Beach front, very private, walk to shops, restaurants. Public transportation is at the front of the property. We have a pool, 2 tennis courts, private beach, large lawn. We are located next to a public park and beach, one block to the Tahoe Outlet damn an Fanny Bridge. Ski shuttles stop at the property. This is one of the few properties that once you are there you don't need a car. Uber is available in North Tahoe. Golf course across the street. Jus across the street is Tahoe city golf course .Squaw creek golf course is 5 miles away .
Getting Around:
The Tahoe regional bus service Stops at the property. We are about 5 miles to three ski areas.
Other Things to Note:
An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for Summer of 2021 is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have one buoy that is available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and Insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send message to inquire on buoy availability.

This is our vacation home. However we are available by phone. Plus there is a very helpful front office.

Summary: Positives: the view is like none I have ever seen at Tahoe. And the location is very convenient for getting in and out to Palisades and saves you a lot of ski traffic. The house is very clean and clearly has been taken well care of. The kitchen is well stocked And the appliances and things seem to be fairly new and easy to use. Downsides: the downstairs TVs gave us a lot of trouble and we were really never able to get them to work even after having to call and have someone show up from the property management to try to get them working. The condo itself is very old, which really was only a problem when it came to the heater. They are extremely loud and it made it very difficult to sleep, especially in the master. Also the description says that the bedding is up-to-date and the couches are new. I would say the sheets and beds may be new, but the comforters and comforter cover pillows are quite aged. We did not use them. Also, the couch seems to be quite worn in at this point if it is new. Also, it was enlightening how this property has quite a problem with bears. The check-in process was not as explained to us because the office was frequently closed, but there was other solutions. It just was confusing. I think the management of this property is left solely to the on-site crew and not the people you rent from so that is hard for communication if the on-site crew is not in the office. It was especially hard for us because we were they’re over a holiday.

Summary: We had everything we needed! The beds and bedding was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The view is fantastic as well!

Summary: Great location in Tahoe City with incredible views of Lake Tahoe! Roomy, spacious and clean and we were very comfortable there and would highly recommend. Mid October was very nice as you didn't have the summer crowds and ski season and not started yet. Great time to visit Tahoe for sure! Thank you

Summary: We were looking to explore Lake Tahoe and find new places for us to paddle board as a family. This place has all the things we were looking for. The condo is located right in front of a private beach access that is part of Common’s Beach. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. If you wanted to see other parts of Lake Tahoe, you can drive about 20 minutes south towards Meeks Bay which also is a great place to paddle board. Or you can drive about 20 minutes north towards Carnelian Bay and King’s Beach which are also great spots to paddle board. We hope to stay at this place for the winter snow season and again for the warmer months.

Summary: Great location and beautiful views made for a perfect Tahoe experience with my family! My kids enjoyed the pool and the cute beach right out front. We enjoyed the family games provided while watching the sunset right from the living room!
