Summary: Owner was very responsive and helpful to texts. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to ski in and out. Walking distance to all the lutsen mountain restaurants and gondola, for non skiers. The pool and hot tub were accessible by a short indoor walk and were both a great size. Totally recommend for a small family looking for a great ski vacation. Having the two bathrooms made sharing a room not a big deal!

Summary: Highlight is definitely the location and ease of access for skiing, as it's right next Bridge Run and there is a first floor ski locker available for use. Condo itself was as advertised, with nice lofted ceiling, plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Unfortunately, the balcony was covered with snow and was unusable, but looked like it might offer nice views. As mentioned in another review, the sleeper sofa is in need of an update (I believe owners are working on it), and the bunk bed rattles with minimal movement, but not an issue if you're deep sleepers. There's also a fan in the loft for those who like some white noise for sleep. Communication with the owners was great, and they answered our questions about the heat setup (thermal storage vs conventional).

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was comfortably furnished, great location to Bridge Run, clean and communications with the owner were very timely and pleasant. They answered my many questions prior to our arrival in a timely and friendly manner.

Summary: Overall we had a great stay! The best feature of this property is its location. Very convenient ski-in, ski-out option which was great when my two older boys wanted to hit the slopes right when the lifts started running while not having to wait for their little sister to get ready. The kids loved the pool and hot tub on property. Plenty of room for hanging out and unwinding after a long day skiing/boarding. The wood burning fireplace really made the condo cozy!

Summary: We stayed at the property and would book again for sure! Kids loved swimming, access to alpine slide and gondola. Adults loved it too-close to a our favorite spots, Tofte and Grand Marias. North Shore winery was kid friendly and staff was great! We dined at Moguls each night which was a family favorite. Definitely will be back.
