It's just a two-minute stroll to the pristine white sandy Gulf shores and an easy eight-minute walk to Pine Ave, where you'll find amazing restaurants, boutiques, and historical landmarks.
From the moment you step inside, you will feel the coastal elegance radiating from this home. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and cookware and a large peninsula countertop adorned with sleek bar stools. With its seamless flow into the dining table and stylish seating area with a TV, you can stay focused on the joy of cooking and entertaining.
You and your loved ones wonโt be able to get enough of the backyard. It has a sparkling pool with a built-in tiki table, a spa, and a rock waterslide to splash in! There are plenty of lounge chairs, multiple outdoor tables, and a tiki hut to keep the grill master cool.
