Summary: I cannot say enough about the condo and location. It was huge with all the necessities to cook and all appliances and facilities in good working order. Loved the beach chairs and towels to borrow as well as plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. Steps from the Tiki Bar at the Hampton to enjoy cocktails and live music and steps from the beach too. Covered parking was also much appreciated. No noise from surrounding neighbors. We had the best time!

Perfect view and location, awesome balcony, very clean, good mattresses, but needed more supplies such as paper towels, coffee pods (there were only 2 pods) but I left several, and especially bar soap (was just barley enough for two showers) when you are staying for 7 nights.

Reviewer Comments: I booked this place as I was going to be travelling to Jax to visit Mayo Clinic for a Cancer Surgery and needed a place that did not feel like a hotel to recover for a week after surgery. This place was perfect. From the day we arrived, Kevin had the place opened up and waiting on us with soft music playing and all the lights on. The moment we arrived, I knew we picked the perfect place to stay for my recovery. The entire week and a half was great. The place is very quiet, not a busy place at all. The beach was empty and there is a nice little bar and grill next doow on the beach to grab a quick bite if you need it. I highly recommend this place and will be looking into booking it again in October when I have to fly back down for more checkups! Thanks again!

The agent for the home, met us at the gate to let us in and walked us around the community and explained everything in detail. He also had turned on lights and music in the home prior to us entering and it gave such a serene welcome. WE will definitely be coming back again and again.
