Summary: Tried to call front desk and no answers. Only one pool and one outside our room was down since 2025 but was not informed. Said it was a sound proof room and people above us moved furniture and kept running or walking till late night. No air condition in restaurant. Waitress on patio had no care that there was no table there. We will not return there. The price we paid was not worth it

Summary: I had an unpleasant experience at touchstone resort. I checked in and got a room. After a while, we realized that the kitchen sink is half filled w water and there is no water supply, the faucet is wrapped by a maintenance rag. We were shocked and we had to rush to the restaurant for dinner as it closes at 8pm. We reported it to the front desk before dinner, then they said they know and they need to move us to another room. Why would they give us this room at first??? When we get the new key, we needed to pack our stuffs and moved to another room which is farther that we had to drive at night time. When we got to the new suite, it's nicer and bigger however the kettle is rusted and the kettle whistle is missing, the towel hanger is falling apart in the bathroom, the sliding door is not lockable, not working. I see hair on the pillows. It seems like it's not well maintained during off season. I'm glad that I'm only staying for one night. But the lake view is nice.

Summary: Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!
