Lovely, attractive and well-located apartment recently fully refurbished to a high specification - light, bright, airy and spacious. Such a large lounge is very unusual in a London apartment - approx 5.75 x 3.8 meters (17 x 12 ft).
Stylish, chic, modern décor and furniture, with high quality fittings throughout. Home-from-home, with supermarket literally underneath. Free WiFi. Sky Television. New air conditioning/climate temperature controlled units in the lounge and bedroomfor warming up or cooling down. Gas central heating readiators in hall and bathroom. Walking distance from several cafés, restaurants, pubs and all forms of public transport. Safe, purpose-built block with 2 elevators and weekday concierge. Temporary gym membership available.
Separate large bedroom with queen-size bed and plenty of built-in wardrobes and drawer units. Separate fully-fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and glass hob.
Situated in the "actual" City of London, on the north side of the Thames, we are literally 2 mins walk to Tower Bridge, 4 mins Tower Gateway for Docklands Light Railway, 5 mins Tower Hill tube and Tower Pier for river taxis, 5 mins Fenchurch Street Station, 5 mins Aldgate tube - and extremely handy for a range of London buses. Lovely and peaceful large secluded garden with bench seats and bushes, trees & shrubs - just 1 minute from the apartment.
*Purpose-built gated block with secure video entry system, 2 elevators, weekday concierge.
* Gorgeous large lounge with comfortable leather sofa and chair, round glass dining table & 4 chairs, plus side tables and wide flat-screen TV.
* Bedroom with extremely comfortable English King/US Queen size bed (150 cm/5 ft wide and 2 meter/6 ft 6 ins long), plenty of drawers & wardrobe hanging space, TV and black-out blinds. High quality 100% cotton bedding.
* Full kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
* Attractive bathroom with walk-in shower and glass screen. Soft-close toilet seat and vanity unit doors. Towel radiator and towel rack.
No extra charges, as your rental payment includes all linen, towels, cleaning and running costs.
Normal check-in is after 16.00 hours and check-out is required by 10.00 hours, unless otherwise agreed. This is purely in order that the cleaning and preparation of the apartment is not jeopardised for the next guest. At less busy times we can and will be more flexible.
We, or our representative, will 'meet & greet' you on arrival, and will give you keys and information on the apartment and the area, attuned to you personally, with the intention of you getting the best from your London visit.
The apartment is very handy for cafés, pubs and restaurants and has many in close proximity. There is a Tesco supermarket underneath the block, just round the corner, and an ATM cash point. There is also a Sainsbury supermarket within 100 yards. These supermarkets are open 7 days a week from early morning until 9pm or 10pm – slightly earlier close on Sundays.
The London public transport scene is terrific these days, and it is probably a good idea to purchase a Travel Card, which will offer unlimited travel on buses, tubes and the Docklands Light Railway, plus discounts on the Emirates cable car and Thames river buses. A Travel Card can be purchased, in advance of your visit, for varying lengths of time – through the Transport for London website. If you do not have time for it to be mailed to you, it can be sent to the apartment address, where we will hold it for your visit.

Summary: Nicely laid out, everything worked as advertised. Slightly noisy one night but overall was pretty quiet for an urban location. The two stores nearby were very helpful, particularly for small meals. Close to underground station was good as well, though the station did not have a lift, which made luggage transfer a bit more difficult. Overall wonderful experience in a great city.

Summary: The property’s location is excellent and within walking distance from the Tower, a hub giving access to multiple subway and bus lines, as well as boat lines on the Thames. From the property one can easily walk also to several other subway and railway stations, and the City is just minutes away. The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, and has lots of light and a well-equipped kitchen, including a washer. Being able to do our laundry made a big difference for us, as we were able to travel with just carry-on luggage. Bonnie was very helpful and provided plenty of information on the apartment, the neighborhood, and traveling to London in general, and Carol helped us set up at the check-in and was very efficient with the check-out. We’ll be back!

Summary: We had a great ten days and the only slight niggle would be the lack of a clothes dryer. That aside the property was perfect for our London tourist travels. Next to the Tower and Tower Bridge with lots of local pubs and restaurants. The tube at Towerhill or Aldgate were five minutes walk and gave access to all of London . A warm comfortable place to come home to after a hard day tramping the tourist miles.

Summary: This apartment is amazing. Extremely comfortable in a great location. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a most enjoyable stay. Kitchen staples, multi lead charging ports, two sets of keys, very comfortable bed, are some of the examples provided by a very thoughtful owner. Summary: This property is excellent if you are looking for a upscale flat to stay in right in the middle of convenience.. Easy to get to transportation anywhere you might want to go. Little grocery store right downstairs and around the building. The neighborhood is great and very quiet. Beautiful view of the Gherkin and other beautiful London architecture right out your living room window. The flat has everything you need on the large kitchen to cook if that's your wish. The bedroom is very comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The bath is very modern with a towel warmer and walking shower. I cannot say enough good things about the flat or the management. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to London for exciting London experience.

Summary: It was clean, and perfectly located for the tourist attractions we wanted to see. In addition, our flight got massively delayed, and they were still able to work with us for our arrival at nearly 10pm. Amazing overall!

Summary: Was greeted by Angelica she was very friendly and explained everything, told us about the tesco around the corner., the closest train station etc The unit is very clean and comfortable , as what is seen in the photos .it was nice to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. Bonnie was excellent to communicate with, sent useful information about London. Would definitely stay here again .
