Positive: The property was a beautiful spot right in the middle of the city. Close to downtown and to First beach at walking distance. The rest area was perfect. Our room was very clean and tidy, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom 10/10. The staff was very friendly, thanks to cindy for her hospitality and warmth welcome. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, on thursdays they serve pancakes that were a great 10/10
Summary: Excellent! Would stay here again and highly recommend

Positive: Clean, comfortable, good value and breakfast was amazing.
Negative: Overall, this property was amazing. Its location is great if you want to be close to the beach, cliff walk and Bellevue Ave. and even that was a good 10-20min walk. However, most want to be where the harbor is. I didn’t mind the walk but someone who is older in age or has difficulty with mobility won’t really like the location.

Positive: On Memorial Blvd, but our suite was in a separate building in the back. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Staff bent over backwards to make us at home.
Negative: Walls and ceiling are too thin. Neighbors noise was intrusive.

Positive: The inn keeper, Maria, was so hospitable and kind. The inn was immaculate and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The staff was friendly and the breakfast cook was fabulous. The location was perfect. We will most definitely stay again and highly recommend

Positive: Great welcome and fantastic property- as visiting from UK loved the old world charm of the property with modern amenities. Loved the Shed area to relax away from the main building. Great breakfast and service. Location was perfect with a short walk to all local attractions. Very comfortable room with a great shower! Sadly we only stayed one night - wish we could have stayed longer.
Negative: Everything was excellent - no issues.
