Positive: I loved everything! The staff was welcoming, check in was quick. I was accommodated without having to ask. The amenities were nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Joe was extremely helpful and he continuously made sure we were comfortable. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a loooong time so it was refreshing! I almost booked another night but I had to leave town. Everything was clean, cozy, and convenient!
Negative: The Wi-Fi was kinda iffy. It did not connect to some devices at all.
Summary: I enjoyed every minute of my stay!

Positive: It was a decent hotel that was close to children’s hospital
Negative: There was trash that was left by the stairs over night and sheets and blankets that was left on the hallway over night. Room seemed to be dusty and unkept

Positive: The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and good quality. The room was very clean and quiet.
Negative: The TV didn't work! The staff offered to move us to another room but we didn't want that hassle after unpacking. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink.
