Positive: Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The cook to order breakfast was great surprise. The room was modern and beautiful.
Negative: To get ice, you had to wait for the concierge to be available to give it to you from the kitchen because there is no ice machine. Larger garbage cans.are needed other than the one in the bathroom which is smaller than a milk jug. We managed to find one under the kitchen sink which was a big larger but it was full of trash when we found it.
Summary: Very pleasant surprise. Would love to stay again when in Baton Rouge.

Positive: Tony the maintenance man plus the ladies in the kitchen at breakfast were gems.
Negative: The hotel has so much potential but unfortunately our room had so many maintenance issues that needed attention.

Positive: The facility was very nice and the room was spacious. Only complaint is that they do not have ice machines!!!! 😐We were there for our son's little league baseball World Series championship and the laundry facilities were awesome!!!
Negative: THE FRONT DESK STAFF!!! They acted like they were insulted when we were trying to check in because it meant they had to stop playing on their cell phones. When we asked for more towels we were met with scowls and eye rolls and the staff literally just walked away from us. The front desk staff refused to answer the phone and they left their post all the time. On multiple occasions, there were angry guests trying to check in with no staff to be found. The guests would stand there while also trying to call the hotel. Even with the phone ringing, no staff would come to the front desk. If they finally did arrive, they would act like you just completely inconvenienced them. After our stay, we needed an itemized list of charges so we could get reimbursed and the hotel refused to do so. It took over a week and we had to get a lot of other people involved just to get a receipt of our stay. 😡
