Positive: My husband and I loved our stay at TownePlace Suites. We would highly recommend it for the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the room. The atmosphere was relaxing and location was so convenient to Venice and the interstate.
Negative: The only thing that would have made it better was a shower door to keep the water and steam in the shower, but that was a mild inconvenience.

Positive: The attendant at breakfast could not have been nicer or more helpful. Top notch service.
Negative: The glass shower wall was too short causing large puddles of water to form in bathroom even after trying to adjust the shower head away from opening. Also, a little oil on the door hinges would go a long way for a more quiet stay.

Positive: The staff was great and very helpful. Dennis, The Waffle King was excellent, best waffles. He keeps the morning breakfast area spotless and he makes sure everybody gets everything they need for their breakfast. Great with the kids.
Negative: The a/c kept making a funny noise, like a door opening.
