We have a NEWLY RENOVATED 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for rent in the Plantation Golf and Country Club Community in beautiful Venice Florida. Master bedroom has ensuite bath with walk-in shower and king-size bed. Second bedroom has two single beds and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all you'll need during your stay. Condo is equipped with cable TV and internet. There is a screened in lanai to enjoy the nights and an outdoor sundeck. There is outdoor covered parking and a storage room where you can store your bikes. Condo is located close to a shopping mall and restaurants. There is a community pool complete with clubhouse just a few short steps away and don't forget the lovely beaches which are a short 10 minute drive away. You can enjoy fishing at the pier at Venice beach and the lovely biking and walking trails. Don't forget your golf clubs, there are a variety of golf courses in Venice and the surrounding area to play. Venice is the best kept secret in Southwest Florida. Summary: This is our 2nd time staying here. Great experience again. Very clean, great water pressure in the showers, lots of towels, convenient laundry in the condo. Also, kitchen is very well equipped, strong Wi-Fi, several TVs with fubo, covered parking spot. Checkin process was smooth and Tim and Andrea were very responsive. We plan to book again for our next trip if it’s open.

Summary: This was our first time renting a place for a month. We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors were very sociable and friendly. The only concern I think should be included in the listing is that no golf privileges are given, you must be a member to play at the Plantation courses.

Summary: A repeat stay at this condo. So clean, everything we needed in kitchen supplies and more. Bed was comfy. Owner and local villa manager are are both wonderful and Very responsive. Friendly neighbors . Next year is booked for our return, and we can’t wait. Plantation neighborhood is a wonderful location for biking and walking. Thanks.

Summary: If you have a pet, even if quiet and well behaved, a renter can not stay here. Only owners are allowed dogs.

Summary: The condo was just as advertised. The owner was very easy to work with. Our family loved the nature in the neighborhood- Sand Hill Cranes came by to say hello each day and the curious squirrels were hilarious! They stare at you from outside the screened-in lanai.
