Our completely remodeled home is waiting for you.
As soon as you open the main entrance door, the living room with cathedral ceiling, new fan, new furniture, new windows coverings is inviting you to relax, lay down on the couch or the leather reclining chair, and watching your favorite show or movie on the brand new 55” smart TV.
The open concept house gives you unrestricted access to the newly remodeled kitchen (July 2020) fully equipped with new appliances (new stove, microwave, dish washer, Reverse Osmosis Water System) and the invitation for a cool drink and the home made meal is right there. You have all the tools you need.
On your way to the pool, you can stop in the oversize lanai with a sofa sleeper, a desk where you can connect you portable device to the free Wi Fi network. For added privacy all the lanai windows have new coverings.
The custom made heated pool is inviting you for a splash as soon as you open the door. The pool deck has been remodeled in May 2018 with brand new thin pavers. The pool enclosure also provides you a BBQ grill and a patio table and chairs, and also two inviting "chaise lounge" chairs.
When ready for a good night sleep the master bedroom offers you a brand new King Size bed, new mattress, new TV, private bathroom, walk in closet with lots of shelf and storage.
The guest bedroom offers a Queen Size bed, two night tables, a drawer chest , and also a closet with ample storage and new TV.(new furniture 2020)
The two bathrooms have been completely remodeled; new ceramic floors, new vanities, new mirrors and lights, new shower door for the master bedroom bath.
Feeling energized to go for a bike ride around the neighborhood or on the bike trails around Venice, the two new bikes are waiting for you .
This home has a Brand New Water System installed, which provides you with perfect quality water.
The City of Venice offers you lots of opportunities to spend some quality time with friends and family. The beautiful downtown Venice has a display of specialized shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful beaches surrounds the City of Venice; Venice Beach (easy access from downtown), Casperson Beach, Englewood Beach, and for your FURRY FRIEND the specially designed Brohard Paw Park Beach. Sharky’s Restaurant is one of the main attractions in the area.
For a more active life style, walking and biking trails surround the city.
The location of the house allows you to reach the beaches, biking and walking trails, or the Downtown Venice and its shops and restaurants in just minutes of driving.
The recently completed fence will ensure your furry companion can enjoy the back yard with no worries.

Summary: This is our second stay at this property in South Venice during December. The house is a perfect set-up for a small family. We love how the house is so clean and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The outside pool and lounge chairs are lovely during warmer days in December. It is also a very short distance to downtown Venice, the pier and some of our favorite restaurants including the Crow’s Nest and Nokomo’s. Communication with the owner, Lidia, is easy and she is very responsive. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe. Would highly recommend this property to individuals or small families staying in the South Venice area.

Summary: The home was spacious for our family and the pool was the highlight. After being at the beach it was so nice to come back to our own place to cool off where the kids could have fun. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio or the sun room. Also they thought of everything we may need for our shark tooth hunting and beach time. The home was a quick trip to the pier and Caspersen beach that was also great. Overall a wonderful stay with welcoming and comfortable accommodations.

Summary: From booking to departing, it was the best!! The home and the stay was more than what we expected. It was super clean, comfortable with that at home feeling. The neighborhood was perfect and quiet. Without the most amazing host ever, none of it would have been possible. Communication with Lidia was prompt and on point. These amazing folks have taken it to another level and they provide so much for you to enjoy your stay. It will definitely be our new go to spot from now on when in Venice.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Great communication with owner. Property well maintained. Some of the neighbourhood homes were better maintained than others; this was one of the better ones. The area was quiet and we did feel safe. The backyard screened in pool area was lovely and there was grassy area for our dogs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: We loved our stay at this home in South Venice. We have family in Sarasota and we prefer to stay in Venice. Great location with easy access to Venice Beach, our favorite restaurants, and downtown Venice. The house was immaculate. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen overlooking the pool with everything you could possibly need. The pool was very nice and we had it heated since it can be cool in this area during December. Quiet neighborhood. We barely heard our neighbors at all. The owner, Lidia, was also very nice and followed-up with me frequently about any needs. Everything was easy to figure out in the house and check-out was very straight-forward. We would definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Summary: This location is great for us as we have friends in both Englewood and Venice. We enjoyed the tucked back neighborhood, but still close to everything. The hosts were superb!
