Summary: The staff here are exceptional and the little extras make it very homely. We loved the games, the free soup and the room was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk into town.

Summary: When we came to check in, it turned out I booked the hotel for a different night. Though completely my fault, the young host treated us great, gave us a drink and helped us out. We ended up with an upgrade of the room and had a wonderful stay, thanks to this young man and his colleague. I’m very grateful for this kind of service, I would recommend everyone to stay here because you know you will be in good hands!

Summary: St. Martenslane is part of the Townhouse hotel, so you check in across the street - there they also have a nice lounge area with books and games, and help-yourself, pay-yourself bar. The room I had in St. Martenslane was large, almost like a small apartment, with a light industrial theme, and a kitchen nook with microwave and some cutlery - very convenient when staying for a few days. You have to pay for any toiletries in the vending machine downstairs, which gives it more of a budget feel than would otherwise be the case given the spacious building and rooms. Overall, nice experience.

Summary: Really unique - very nice family rooms. Terrific gathering area. Accessible to train station and walkable to everything else. Very Dutch and hospitable. The warehouse theme is entertaining.

Summary: This hotel massively exceeded my expectations - the room was clean, spacious and in a heatwave of up to 36 degrees it had ice cool aircon. The honour bar (pay for what you pour at the bar yourself ) was an interesting and welcome touch. By far the best part of the visit was the friendly, welcoming and warm staff in the hotel; they just went that extra mile. I had a birthday whilst there, which I did not mention but must have been noticed by staff at check-in when I registered with my passport. Not only did the housekeeping staff leave me a lovely birthday note together with balloons and some bunting, the lovely girl at reception came over to wish me a birthday greeting when we popped in later in the evening for a nightcap. This was an outstanding stay.

Summary: Very convenient location, rooms are big and light. Rooms at the back are very quiet, the ones towards the road not practical if window open. we had two rooms, one bathroom was smelly. We loved breakfast and all the little extras, free soup, coffee, tea, fruity water all day...and night cap at night. Staff is excellent and helpful.

Summary: Check-in is just across the street. Apart from this slight inconvenience, the staff are helpful and friendly. If you drive, parking is just round the corner; parking is free from 8pm - 8am, thereafter €2.6 per hour; Metro station is also just round the corner. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Its centrally located and within walking distance (5-10 mins walk) to the central & eateries. There are many great restaurants nearby, including Michelin star restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.
