Summary: The townhouse was well decorated in a beach theme which made it a very relaxing atmosphere. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed being able to sit out in the spacious screened in porch which allowed easy access for my son to park and charge his power wheelchair. The community offered a family pool and adult only pool. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The property owner was very responsive to any questions and provided recommendations to area beach access for handicap and various businesses. The City of Canaveral has a great recreation center with pickleball and tennis courts as well as and indoor fitness center.
