Summary: Stayed here for the weekend after a work trip was over. The view was great, checking in and out was quick and easy. The place is a bit older and outdated but it didn't bother us.

Summary: Older complex but well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Very nice view of the ocean. Easy parking. Location away from all the congestion of Daytona. Had recycling bins. Everyday saw staff maintaining and cleaning the property. Always felt safe

Summary: We had my daughter's 11th birthday here and they let us invite guests with no problem to be there for the celebration. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need from toiletries to pots and pans. The pool it's self was the cleanest pool we have ever been in and we stayed in a lot of places, also the front office staff is very welcoming and kind . The beach view is amazing and the kitchen was very spacious. The beds were comfy as well.

Summary: Emily was amazing as well as Margaret! There was another young woman whose name I didn’t get, but she was wonderful as well! The view was incredible and the pool was pristine and beautiful! The only thing that would have made it better would be to replace the mattresses!

Summary: The property is quite run down. The unit that we had was very small. All older furnishing. The mattress on the pullout couch really needs replacing. Don't expect to check in on time. It may be 15 minutes late. No early check in is available. They have no late check out option unless you are an owner. (This is a time share). It was somewhere to lay our heads but was definitely not somewhere we would return.
