Summary: Very clean. Lots of space. Beautiful setting. Trash requirements were a little unsettling but we managed. Bathroom toilets were slow and not really effective. Had to plunge one upstairs bathroom even though it was only used for liquid waste. Minor issues for a very comfortable house.

Summary: The house and outdoor area with the lake is really nice. The house has plenty of room, is fully stocked, was clean and very comfortable. The outdoor deck, hot tub, dock and easy lake accessibility was awesome! Steven was easy to communicate with and responsive and the instructions were very specific and clear. We definitely recommend this property and plan to stay again in the future!

Summary: We came in for a football game and the location was perfect. Easy access to Clemson and to the town of Senica and Anderson. The place was immaculate, very thoughtful on how the house was presented. Instructions were easy to follow. Beautiful location on a nice quiet part of the lake and far enough from the neighbors to feel secluded. Water was perfect for swimming. Sunrises and sunsets on the dock made it ideal for coffee in the morning and a cocktails in the afternoon, if you get a little chilly just slip right into the hot tub. Perfect for our family and hope to return.

Summary: This was our second visit for a week at the lake, and it was a perfect week. The lake is just beautiful. We spent everyday fishing off the dock (when we weren’t moving kids into college). It’s peaceful and serene. We also explored the area a bit and found some cool restaurants within a 20 minute drive. The house is well equipped with a lot of nice touches. I’m going to have to buy heated mattress pads! We never needed anything that wasn’t there. We only had 4, but could have fit way more. We will be back!
