Summary: Comfortable and quiet and clean in an older hotel. This hotel needs love-fine—-but there are so many little things that could be done to make improvements without spending money or much time! Like re-glue the falling wallpaper. Promised free breakfast online and the sign outside advertises this but there was no breakfast. We were told it’s “grab and go” when we checked in…fine…we will take it back to our room. Went to the front to grab breakfast and there were apples and bananas and some yoghurt! What? That is not breakfast! So cheap and rather dishonest! Had to run to Timmies. Met others in the parking lot doing the same as us!!! Key card lock did not work well at all! Had to replace our cards twice! The first time the manager asked what I did with the card “put it by your phone? Have a magnet?” What? I walked down the hall with the cards in my hands! That is not respectful service. This place has promise and won’t be fancy without some work but it could be so much more with a bit more attention to services they do have control over.

Summary: The heater was not working and there were no blankets on the bed nor in the closest. Bed had only light bed sheet and a thin bedspread on top. Was very cold all night. Otherwise, room was clean and well appointed for the price.

Summary: Loved my room I had a late check in 9pm and the person at the front desk was so nice friendly and helpful I have a bed tv microwave and fridge could not ask for anything else. I just needed a place to sleep because my husband had to stay overnight at the hospital in town
