Positive: We were very happy to have received an early check in, in the morning. Breakfast is excellent. Staff were very friendly.
Negative: Room is small. Location is around bars, so it can get noisy at night. Although decent for sleeping in at night, it felt overpriced.

Negative: Hard to access, location was scruffy . Not the nicest part of town .
Summary: Ok for one night but would not make me want to return.

Positive: Location. even it was in the worse street in Zurich
Negative: In room it say u can order food All the time. restaurant was already closed when i wanted to order. Saturday and Sunday (didnt work at all). On booking say there was a parking thats why i choose this hotel in end i park in public garage. if i know it i would took other hotel and pay garage for rest of money.

Positive: Convenient location close to central station and public transportation making it easy to get around the city Staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay in Zurich The hotel offers a lot, is very clean and is well looked after by the staff Room was comfortable and well sized. Had a balcony overlooking the street, though with construction nearby could be used much.
Negative: For the room price it comes with no added extras. Not even water to drink or a kettle for some coffee. Breakfast options were a little light. The pillows were a little soft.
