Summary: We love this report! Have stayed here many times. The bed in this particular room was hard as a brick. Neither I nor my husband got any sleep and left early the following morning due to being uncomfortable. This is the first time this has occurred for us. Besides that, the room was beautiful and clean!

Summary: Loved this resort with it’s perfect location. Located in the city with bars and restaurants just around the corner and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very service minded!

Summary: The tropical breeze was very nice. It’s a conglomerate of small motels, not one contiguous property. Each is clustered around a pool. Close to the beach, clean, very spacious. Our room looked to be recently renovated. It has a full size fridge and full size stove (?!?) Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach and biking to everywhere on the key. They have bikes that guests can borrow for up to 2 hrs. The property was well maintained.

Summary: 2 couples, same geographic area of 50 miles, booked separately, got same room type. We booked first and copied our friends so they could book. We were put into a duplex together which was awesome! Theirs was twice and big and absolutely beautiful. Ours was like a finished back porch. Same price. Texted from desk, she said "no they have the same ammenities, same price for same unit type." Hell no. No comparison. Was my birthday and we got the shaft. Also, security issue! The doors between adjoined units are wood slabs. Ours had a hard to manuver odd type of lock requiring both hands to grasp, and their door had a broken lock. Zero ability from the front very nice large unit to have any security from the back janky back porch unit. Good thing we were besties. We reported to front desk this issue. As real estate people, we also noticed sloppy craftmanship. Example paint drippings, uneven paint, paint touch ups from blue to white around outlets and switch plates (take those off when you update paint), rusted door hinges, water could cause reportable burns too hot, floor at shower not caulked, holding water on rotten subfloor, peeling paint on ceiling revealing it used to be PURPLE! Just not great, except location. I must say, the cleaning ladies who visited were very friendly and good at their job. They did our dishes, replenished our towels, mopped, and appeared clean, friendly, and personable.

Summary: I can’t believe you charged me over 2000k for 5 nights in this place. I to ask for cleaning service after they didn’t clean the room the first night. I had to walk to the office on 3 of the days to get beach towels. No full length mirror or dresser mirror to get ready to go out. The mattress was the worst one I have slept on in my life, I think it was a box spring. The bed was only made once in 5 nights. The only plus was the location but there was trash scattered all over the front of the property. So not worth that money or even half of what I paid.
